Jane Hylton
Registered Service Manager
Registered Services Managers oversee the project, ensuring policies and procedures (amongst many other things) are up-to-date and that young people receive the best possible service and support from Lancashire County Council.
Jane also manages the Development Team. She has led various projects, such as the Lancashire Local Offer for Care Leavers and manages two Housing Officers and the Digital Engagement and Events Worker.
Jane is a qualified Youth and Community Worker, and has a MA in Social Pedagogy Leadership. Jane has been working for LCC for 30 years, and has experience supporting young people in residential care, on remand, and has spent the past 28 years within the Leaving Care Service.
Jane has a passion for climbing mountains and fell running.
